Tuesday – run, run, run

Wednesday – leg + glutes dumbbell workout|1 hour of yoga

Thursdays – run, run, run

Friday – run, run, run


That’s about it for this week.  I post very short vlog using InstaStories on Instagram.  Some of them are post workout if you are interested.
