🥧Action Judy’s Chess Pie🥧

Last week, my mother made 14 chess pies and brought them to my day job.

Upon tasting the pie, two people asked if she was single, and everyone asked how much she’d charge per pie.

By the end of the day, I practically had to fight people to get one for myself!

These things are magic, people.  Bake at your own risk!

🥧Action Judy’s Chess Pie🥧

2 cups of sugar

2 Tbsp. self-rising flour

4 eggs - beaten

1 cup butter-melted

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 pre-made pie crusts.

Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour or until set.
