Doing a Little Journaling/Deep Work Challenge
I’ve been using the Fabulous app to get myself back on track, and last night, it prompted me to join a 7-day Deep Work Challenge.
I’m in need of some deep work and focus, so I signed up.
I considered using this focused time on working on a book or building a course, but that did not make me feel expansive. I felt tired and shut down the moment I thought about making it a work appointment.
Instead, I opted for self-reflection time. Today, I used my 25 minutes of deep work time to do step one in this amazing video course I found on YouTube -
That’s right - YouTube. Totally free.
After doing the first step in the three step program, I already feel clearer, less emotionally congested, and just…better.
I’m looking forward to step two tomorrow.
