Hello friends,
Here’s a little inside baseball for you: I typically write these the morning of sending, but today, I’m writing this post a week early. Why? Well, I just wanted to.
I know you may have wanted to read something like, “I’m getting my life together, and am going to behave more professionally in all aspects of my writing, learning, and working life.” But, nah.
I just wanted to. So, I am.

👨🍳Kitchen Confidential - I can’t believe I waited this long to read this book. There’s a guy I see on a regular basis at the local farm store, and he looks and sounds just like Anthony Bourdain.
After seeing him last week, I felt compelled to look into Bourdain’s work again. As I was googling, I found the audio version of Kitchen Confidential at the library, and said, “Yes, please.”
I’m still reading it, but I have already added the paperback and the audiobook to my Amazon cart.
The writing is so compelling. I will speak to this more when I finish reading, but I had to go ahead and share it with you.
No matter your writing dream, the writing is the part you must do.
